The recycle bin: all data types
Nine data types, a 30-day recovery window, clear role separation — an overview of the central recycle bin in Settings.
The recycle bin — Settings → "Trash" — catches deleted items: "Deleted entries can be restored or permanently deleted here. Entries are automatically removed after 30 days."

One tab each for orders, quotes, tasks, comments, items, employees, qualifications, workstations, and stations — with the columns "Name", "Deleted on", and "Remaining", so the time left is visible. A few specifics apply to orders (the status is preserved on restore, the plan limit is checked) — these are covered in the order recycle bin article.
The role separation
- Viewing and "Restore": by default Admin and Planner.
- "Delete permanently" and "Empty trash": only the Admin — with a final warning: "This entry will be irrevocably deleted."
