How do I plan many small jobs in parallel without losing track?

Yes, as a tool: the time clock checks against German working-time law in the background (breaks, maximum hours, rest periods) and flags violations, corrections require a reason and are stored with the old and new value, and from the Pro plan the monthly close produces a PDF time record per employee. Your obligations as an employer remain with you.

You export orders, master data and working times as CSV — at any time and for 30 days after the contract ends. After that we delete the data, as a rule no later than 90 days after the contract ends. Until then it sits on servers in Germany, GDPR-compliant.
