Frequently asked questions

What does an additional employee cost?
It depends on what they're supposed to do. Anyone who is only scheduled — that is, appears in the schedule and gets tasks assigned — costs nothing, no matter how many there are. Only when someone needs their own seat, for instance to clock in or log times, does it cost 15 € per month (12,45 € with annual payment). An office seat with planning permissions costs 39 € per month.
How many seats are included in the price?
Business: the owner seat plus 3 employee apps. Pro: the owner seat, one planner license for the office and 5 employee apps. Premium: the owner seat, 2 planner licenses and 12 employee apps. Anything beyond that you add individually — and remove again anytime.
Can several people be administrators?
No — there is exactly one owner seat per business. This protects your billing and your user management. Your deputy in the office gets a planner license: with it they can plan, cost and write quotes, just not change the subscription.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You set up a seat and work for 14 days with all Pro features. We don't need a credit card for that. The trial ends automatically after 14 days and does not roll over into a paid subscription — you don't have to cancel anything. If you decide on a plan, you continue working with all the data you created during the trial.
What do the 14 days cost me?
Nothing. No payment obligation arises as long as you don't actively book a plan. We don't store any payment details and don't charge anything after the trial ends.
Prefer to just watch first — is that possible too?
Yes. In a personal demo we'll show you Gantway using your typical orders — 15 minutes, no obligation. If you'd like, we'll set up your trial access afterward.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, in both directions. When you upgrade, we credit the rest of the current period to the day; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period. The same applies to individual seats you add or cancel.
Are there setup costs?
No. No setup fee, no mandatory training, no minimum term beyond the booked period. On the Premium plan we'll set up the system together with you if you like — again at no extra charge.
Which businesses is Gantway suitable for?
For SMEs in manufacturing with order-driven production — for example joineries, cabinet shops, metalworking, interior fit-out and craft manufacturers.
