You clock in where the work happens — on your smartphone at the workbench or on the job site, with no app to install. In the background, the German Working Hours Act keeps watch: minimum breaks from six hours on, maximum working time, eleven hours of rest — violations are flagged before they become a problem. Booked times land directly on the respective task and flow from there into the post-costing. Only authorized users may make corrections, always with a mandatory reason in the immutable audit trail. And the monthly close, including a PDF time record per employee, is a single button press — no Excel afternoon.

Time clock at the push of a button
Employees clock in and out, accurate to the second. Multiple breaks per day are supported. Clocking works in the browser, on tablets and smartphones — as long as there is a cellular or Wi-Fi connection. Ideal for use in the workshop and out in the field.
Working Hours Act check as a warning
The software checks in the background whether the statutory minimum breaks are observed (30 min break from 6 h on, 45 min from 9 h) and whether the daily maximum working time and the rest periods between working days are correct. Violations appear as a warning — the software does not deduct anything secretly. The supervisor sees deviations immediately and can follow up.
Audit-proof corrections
Corrections are possible only by an admin or team lead with the appropriate permission — not by the employee themselves. Every correction requires a mandatory reason (at least 10 characters) and is created as its own audit line. The original value is never overwritten.
Calendar matrix for the monthly overview
A matrix view with employees on the Y-axis and calendar days on the X-axis. Color coding: green = OK, yellow = undertime, red = violation, blue = vacation, purple = sick. This way you see the whole month at a glance.
Monthly close with locking
At the end of the month, you perform the close — per employee individually or in bulk. Actual, target, and balance values are locked and no longer change retroactively. Subsequent corrections are possible but are recorded as separate bookings and clearly marked as such — the original close remains audit-proof.
PDF time record per month
One PDF per employee and month with a daily breakdown (date, start, end, duration), the orders and tasks booked to, the employee's name, and a monthly total. A basis for payroll and working-time documentation. Bulk download as a ZIP for the entire workforce.

Workshop employee clocks in daily
A journeyman arrives at 7:00 in the morning and taps "Clock in" on the tablet. Break from 12:00, taps "Break", then "Resume" afterward. End of day at 16:30 — "Clock out". Done.
Correcting a forgotten clock entry
The admin notices: an employee forgot to clock out. A correction in the system with the reason "Forgot, manual correction 16:30". The original entry stays in the audit log.
Monthly close at the start of the month
First working day of the month — you open the monthly close, review the overview, close out each employee, and export the PDFs for payroll accounting. 30 minutes instead of half a day.
