The dashboard answers the morning questions before you ask them: What's running? What's stuck? What's missing? Tiles for order status, today's tasks, conflicts by priority, material warnings and team utilization — you arrange them via drag & drop; you set the planning horizon to 4, 8 or 12 weeks. Every number is clickable and leads straight to the cause — from the conflict counter into the conflict list, from the material warning to the purchase requisition. And because every role has different questions, the planner sees the whole picture and the employee sees their tasks — automatically, with no configuration.

Eleven live tiles
Active orders, order KPI tiles, order-status chart, conflict overview by priority, conflict-type chart, capacity chart, material warnings, My Orders, Open Quotes, quote KPIs and an activity feed. All live and in productive use.
Configurable planning horizon
4, 8 or 12 weeks of look-ahead. Depending on your industry and order duration, you choose the horizon that fits your day-to-day business.
Role-specific layout
Admin and planner see everything. Team leads see their own orders. Employees see "My Work" — that is, only the tasks that fall to them today and tomorrow. Purchasing/warehouse mainly sees material tiles. The layout is fixed per role — no sensory overload, no setup time.
Conflict focus in view
The conflict tile shows P0 (within 2 working days) and P1 conflicts (within 14 days) directly on the dashboard. So you don't have to click into a list first to know what is burning this week.
Activity feed
What happened in the shop today? Which orders were released, which tasks completed, which conflicts resolved. The feed shows the latest events chronologically — essentially the newsfeed of your workshop.
KPI tiles with jump links
Numeric values per status: open orders, in progress, completed, utilization in %, open quotes. Clicking a KPI tile leads straight to the detail list — from the number to the actionable record in one step.
CSV export on the list pages
The dashboard itself is a pure on-screen view without PDF export. Anyone who wants to put together a monthly report exports the relevant lists (order list, working-time overview, purchase requisitions) as CSV and combines them externally — each list with its own export button.
