The dashboard widgets at a glance
Fourteen widgets from the metrics to employee utilization — which ones each plan brings and which roles see them.
The dashboard (sidebar → Dashboard) is made up of widgets — fourteen are available, each individually addable and arrangeable.
In all plans (9 widgets)
- Metrics — the four status tiles, covered in detail in the metrics article
- Order distribution — how the orders are spread across the statuses
- Orders in progress, Released orders, Open quotes — the respective lists with a direct jump
- My orders — your own assignments
- Quote KPIs — the number of open quotes as well as the most recently accepted and rejected ones
- Today's tasks — what is due today; the only widget visible to all roles
- Recent activity — the latest events in the business
Most widgets are aimed at Admin, Planner and Team lead — employees see a correspondingly leaner dashboard. Three are narrower: Open quotes, Quote KPIs and Recent activity are visible to admin and planner only; My orders, by contrast, is visible to every role except Purchasing/Warehouse, and Material warnings additionally to Purchasing/Warehouse.

Workstation utilization, Conflicts by type, Conflict overview, Material warnings and Employee utilization — they feed from the Pro features conflict engine, inventory and capacity planning.
