Reading the metric tiles

Four clickable status tiles with a selectable horizon and a trend line — and why a rising trend here means load, not revenue.

The metrics widget on the dashboard (sidebar → Dashboard) shows four tiles — one per order status: Draft, Planned, Released, In progress. Each tile is clickable and opens the correspondingly filtered order list; the number is therefore always just one click away from the orders behind it.

The horizon

Orders within the chosen horizon are counted: 4, 8 or 12 weeks, default 8 — it applies to Planned, Released and In progress; the Draft tile always counts all of them. The browser remembers the choice — everyone sets their own perspective without changing their colleagues' view.

Reading the trend line correctly

Below the number, a small sparkline shows the activity of the last seven days: releases for Planned and Released, work starts for In progress. The Draft tile has no such event — its line stays flat.

The widget is aimed at Admin, Planner and Team lead — it does not appear on employee dashboards.
