  1. Notifications and email delivery

The bell collects system messages and mentions. Four email delivery modes from bundled to none — and a type matrix for fine-tuning.

  2. Customizing the sidebar

Reorder menu items, hide them, and structure them with up to five named dividers — personal per user, with a home page that cannot be deselected.

  3. Team: the personnel master data

All employees of the business — with or without system access. Fields, access badges, the employee profile and the difference from the access accounts.

  4. Access & accounts: inviting and managing users

Invite by email, assign roles, deactivate access — with a seat check, protective rules, and the reset effect when changing roles.

  5. Permission management: fine-tuning roles

Revoking permissions — for entire roles or individual users. Why there is only revocation, no added permissions, and which permissions are untouchable.

  6. The team absence calendar

Who is away and when? The "Team Calendar" tab on the Absences page shows all of the team's absences — filterable by type, person and qualification.

  7. Work calendar, go-live, and overtime rules

The Working Time Model page in Settings: workdays and public holidays, the system start date for the time accounts, carryover limit, and timer auto-stop.

  8. Master data: workstations, stations, qualifications

The three resource catalogs of planning in detail — with the capacity semantics, the qualification hourly rates and the admin-only tab.

  9. Rates & costs: the rates for costing

Hourly rates for qualifications and employees, machine rates per station, overhead surcharges — and what happens when a rate is missing.

  10. CSV import: bringing data over from your old system

Five data types in three steps: upload the file, check the preview, confirm. What happens with duplicates and error rows.

  11. CSV export: releasing orders and master data

Orders with a status and period filter, master data in the round-trip format of the import templates — and who may pull which export.

  12. The audit log: the complete change history

Who changed what and when — company-wide, filterable, exportable. The central record for Premium operations.

  13. The recycle bin: all data types

Nine data types, a 30-day recovery window, clear role separation — an overview of the central recycle bin in Settings.

  14. Tenant settings: the company data

Company name, address, tax and bank details, logo, time zone — the data that ends up on every quote PDF. Admin only.

  15. Document settings: how your quotes look

Number range, template texts, VAT including the small-business rule, validity period and PDF layout — the defaults for every new quote.

  16. Saved views

Store filters, sorting and columns under a name, make one view your default — and read the "Modified" marker correctly.

  17. The five roles: who may do what

Admin, Planner, Team Lead, Employee and Purchasing/Warehouse at a glance — one table shows which role may edit which area by default.
