Tenant settings: the company data
Company name, address, tax and bank details, logo, time zone — the data that ends up on every quote PDF. Admin only.
The tenant settings — Settings → "Tenant Settings", visible to the Admin only — are the business's profile. Their most important consumer: the quote PDF, which pulls its sender, footer and logo from here.
The sections
- "Company name", "Time zone" (default Europe/Berlin) and "Language" (German/English)
- "Company address" — "The address that appears on documents as the sender."
- "Contact details" — phone, email, website
- "Tax details" — tax number and VAT ID.
- "Bank details" — "Bank data for the footer of your documents."
- "Company logo" — for the letterhead, up to 2 MB; the accepted image formats are PNG, JPEG and WebP (not SVG — a security decision)
Plus the card that lets you show the onboarding checklist again.
