Completing your company profile
The first checklist step stays open even though the company name is long since there? Here's what the checklist is really waiting for.
You'll find the company profile under Settings → "Tenant Settings" (sidebar bottom → Settings). Only the Admin role can edit it.
What gets entered here
The only mandatory fields are "Company name" and "Time zone". Everything else — address, contact details, tax data, bank details, logo — is optional, but it pays off quickly: these details later appear automatically on your quotes and documents.
The company logo may be at most 2 MB in size. It appears in the app and on your PDFs.
Why the step stays "open"
You already provided the company name and industry during registration — which is why the step looks done at first glance. But the checklist only ticks it off once you've stored an address or a logo.
