The resource view: utilization in full screen
The Resources menu item shows the utilization of all employees on its own page — four weeks, zoomable, with hatched absences.

The team dock beneath the Gantt is the quick glance — the "Resources" menu item in the sidebar turns it into a whole page: "Resource planning" with the team in full screen.
What the page shows
- Four weeks starting Monday of the current week, zoomable between day, week, and month; the "Today" button jumps back.
- One row per person with their utilization over time; absences appear hatched — booked time and missing time are distinguishable at a glance.
- A header with search ("Search employees…") and two metrics: the number of people shown and the average utilization ("Ø …%").
This lets the page answer the planning question above all others: Who still has room next week?
