The controlling overview
All orders with plan, actual and variance on one page — with a traffic light, an expandable detail view down to the individual line item, and filters by status, customer and period.

In the sidebar, Controlling delivers across all orders what individual costings only show per order: the "Cross-order cost overview with plan/actual comparison." It is part of the Premium plan and is visible to Admin and Planner.
Structure
At the top, four KPI cards: "Orders", "Plan total", "Actual total", "Total deviation". Below them the table with "Order, Customer, Status, Plan (target), Actual, Variance, Quote price" and a totals row. The 1000 most recent non-cancelled orders with at least one line item are listed; you filter by status, customer and period.
The "Quote price" is the net price of the accepted quote after all discounts (optional line items excluded) — or, without a quote, the manually entered price.
Reading the traffic light
Every row carries a variance traffic light:
- Green — actual is at or below plan
- Yellow — up to 10% above plan
- Red — more than 10% above plan
Clicking a row opens the expandable detail view: per work step and cost type (labor, material, machine, other) down to the individual line item — the answer to "Where exactly is it running off the rails?" is provided by the post-costing.
