Exporting working hours as CSV
For your payroll office and tax advisor: the CSV export of attendance times with date-range presets, target/actual columns, and an Excel-ready format.
The payroll office wants numbers? In the sidebar under Time Tracking → "Overview" tab (working-hours overview), the "CSV" button opens the "CSV export" dialog.
The export
- Choose the date range — via a preset "Current week", "Current month", "Last month", "Current quarter", or freely with From/To; optionally narrow it to a single employee.
- "Export" downloads the file
arbeitszeiten_{von}_{bis}.csv— semicolon-separated and in an encoding that German Excel opens correctly right away.
The columns: Date; Employee; Clock-in; Clock-out; Breaks (min); Net (min); Target (min); Difference (min); Night work (min); Compliance; Last correction. The target is calculated per day from the person's working-time model; canceled entries are omitted, and the date range goes back at most to the go-live date of time tracking. One export holds up to 10,000 entries; if it is truncated, Gantway shows a note on download.
By default, Admin and Planner may export.
