The working-hours overview: day, week, month

Three view modes for team attendance — from the daily detail table to the monthly heatmap — plus filters, navigation, and the three tabs of the page.

In the sidebar, Time Tracking (for Admin and Planner) brings together the team's attendance in three tabs: "Overview", "Time account" and "Month-end closing" (the last two are part of the Pro plan). The configuration sits separately under Settings → "Working Time Model"; the "Working Time Model" button at the top right leads straight there.

The three view modes of the overview

  • Day — the detail table: "Employee, Clock-in, Clock-out, Break, Net, Target, Status" — the view for "Who was here yesterday, and when?".
  • Week (default) — the summary table per person: days, actual (net), target, difference, and compliance — the weekly check for the team.
  • Month — the calendar heatmap: each cell is a day, colored according to the legend "No entry / <95% target / ≥95% target / Violation / Vacation / Sick". Clicking a cell jumps straight to the day view.

You navigate with forward/back and "Today"; filter by employee ("All employees") and use the "Violations" toggle for German Working Hours Act anomalies. Plus the actions "CSV" (export) and "Add time" for entering time by hand.

Auch bekannt als: working hours, overview, heatmap, day view, target actual.
