Station, order, person: what the cards in the control room show

The card after a click in the live view: problems with a way to fix them, key figures, timeline, weekly load, order progress and delivery date.

This feature is only included in the Premium plan. Compare plans

A click on a station, a workpiece, a figure or a zone opens a card: on wide screens floating on the right, otherwise sliding in from the right, on a phone from the bottom. Every card starts with the state, followed by "Problems" and the details. The cards only display; every link takes you to where you can change something.

Problems with a way to fix them

Every warning is shown as a sentence with a link:

WarningLink
Conflict"View conflicts" (conflicts of the order file; for an overbooking without an order, the conflicts page)
Start overdue, over plan, delivery"Open order file"
Missing part"View material"
Check"Check in time tracking" (by default admins and planners only)

Station and workstation

  • Header: type, class, name and state, for example "Busy".
  • "Key figures": "Places occupied" (for areas "Parking spots occupied") as occupied / places, "Load today" (for "Tomorrow" with the day) and "waiting until tomorrow", the number of positions in the queue until the end of the next working day.
  • "Now": every running position with order, step x of n, since when, people and a ring of actual against plan. Without a time estimate it says "… logged · no target". Units with lead time also show when the run ends.
  • "Timeline 6am–6pm": bars in the order color, solid for "running", pale for "planned", plus a gold line for the point in time shown.
  • "Load this week": one bar per working day of your calendar, public holidays and company closures as "off". It is calculated like on the desk: planned hours divided by places × daily hours. Above 80% the bar turns yellow, above 100% red. Positions without a time estimate or date are not included; their number is shown below.
  • "Up next": the next three positions with planned start and planned end, then "+ n more". Overdue starts are shown in red.
  • Material per position, see Stock and missing parts.
  • "People" with a link to the personnel file, and at the very bottom "Open in master data".

An object of type "Material storage" opens the stock instead of this card.

Order

A click on a workpiece or on an order in the list opens the order card, and the route appears in the scene.

  • State: "In progress", "Ready to ship", "No station", "Waiting" or "No stop in this hall".
  • "Order progress": all work steps of the order, including those in other halls, with location and state: done (with the time it was reported done), running, paused, start overdue or open. Without a date it says "not scheduled", without bookings "no time booked". From eight steps on, finished steps are grouped as "n done"; "Show all n steps" expands everything. A click on a step in this hall shows the station in the scene. On wide screens the progress is a separate card at the bottom left.
  • Delivery date verdict at the end of the progress: "Plan ends before the delivery date", "… on …" or "… after the delivery date". If dates are missing, it reads "Plan incomplete — n steps not scheduled"; if an open step has missed its start, "Plan out of date — n steps overdue". Without a promise it says "no delivery date". The plan end comes from the position dates.
  • "Now" and "Up next": running and next steps with location. Steps without a waypoint are explained, for example "located in another hall — no waypoint".
  • "Customer and delivery date": the delivery date with "n working days left" or "overdue by n working days".
  • "Material for the order", "Open positions without a station" and "Open order file".

Person and zone

The person card shows "Where", "Working on" and "Since". By default, admins and planners also see "Break today" and "Without a timer for". Which positions the person has next is not shown in the control room; that is what the desk is for. At the bottom, "Open personnel file" leads on.

Inbox and shipping zone list their orders, the shipping zone with "finished since". A click opens the order.

If the selection disappears from the view, for example after clocking out, the card stays open with "Not in the hall" and possible reasons.

Also known as: station card, order progress, step bar, timeline, load this week, key figures, actual vs plan, up next, delivery date, plan end, personnel file.
