The plans compared: Business, Pro, Premium
Which features are in which plan — and where in the app you can check what your plan includes at any time.
Gantway comes in three plans: Business, Pro and Premium. There is no permanently free plan; the trial phase is there for getting to know it.
What is included where
- In all plans: orders with a Gantt view, the digital desk, the quote system with PDF export, customer management, comments, CSV import/export and absence management. In short, the digital day-to-day business.
- From Pro: intelligent planning, meaning conflict detection, the team dock, capacity planning, the working time account with month-end closing, the customer portal for quote acceptance, inventory/ordering, and your own cover page and appendix for quote PDFs.
- Premium only: Controlling with post-costing, the audit log, and maintenance contracts, from which Gantway creates recurring orders on its own. On top come the largest included allowances.
There is only one quantity limit: the Business plan handles up to 100 active orders (completed and cancelled ones do not count). Pro and Premium are unlimited; workstations and users are not capped by quantity in any plan either, with one exception: there is exactly one admin in every business. Users are billed via seats.
