Invoices and billing address
All subscription invoices with PDF download in one place — and the billing address with VAT ID that appears on them.
Everything for your accounting is under Settings → "Billing", visible only to the Admin.
The invoice list
The "Invoices" card shows the last 24 receipts with date, amount, and status badge — "Paid", "Open", "Draft", "Voided", or "Uncollectible". "Download PDF" delivers the official invoice PDF directly from our payment provider.
Invoices are generated automatically for each billing period. A receipt can also appear in between: seat changes and upgrades create prorated line items. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
The billing address
The "Billing address" card holds the company, street, postal code, city, and country; when editing, you can additionally provide the VAT ID ("VAT ID (optional)"). The address is first captured at checkout; here you can change it at any time ("Billing address updated.").
