What "My Work" shows

The personal work list: which orders appear there, what counts as a task — and why the list is sometimes empty.

"My Work" (sidebar → My Work) is the personal view of the workshop: only your own orders, without the planning noise. For employees, it is the home page of the workday.

Which orders appear

An order appears in the list when both apply:

  1. The person is assigned to it — via the team assignment on the order or via an individual work step.
  2. The order is Released or In Progress. Drafts and planned items do not appear — what the planner is still sorting out does not distract the workshop. Completed items disappear automatically.

For each order, the card shows the title, customer, time frame, the progress of the tasks, and an "Actual hours" badge with the time already logged.

Only real work steps count as tasks — milestones as well as text and material line items do not appear, they are not work.

Not just orders: the time clock sits on the same page

Above the order list is the time clock. Inside it — below the weekly summary — sits the section "Mein Zeitkonto" (my time account): your own overtime balance, deliberately split into "Abgeschlossen bis {month} {year}" (closed up to) and "Seither" (since then, marked "vorläufig" — provisional), and underneath the expandable "Stundennachweise" (timesheets) for each closed month. What the two figures mean is explained in My time account.

Is the list empty?

Two common reasons: simply nothing is assigned and active — or the user account is not linked to an employee profile. In the second case, the page shows the note "No employee profile linked"; the Admin creates the link under Settings → "Team" — see Creating your first employee.

Auch bekannt als: My Work, my tasks, work list, assigned, my time account, empty.
