Searching and filtering

The search finds orders — not individual tasks. What the search field searches, which filters there are, and why something sometimes seems to be missing.

At the top of the desk (sidebar → Desk) is the "Search orders..." field — and the name is to be taken literally.

What the search searches — and what it doesn't

The search checks order title, customer name, and team names. It does not search task titles: if you search for "Painting", you'll only find the order if the word appears in the order title — not because a work step is named that.

It also searches in the browser across the loaded orders (at most 1,000). With very many open orders, an old order can therefore be missing — in that case, narrow things down with a filter first.

The filters

Alongside the search, the filter changes with the grouping: "Filter station", "Filter workstation", or "Filter employee" — depending on what currently provides the columns. With the "Order status" grouping, there is no column filter.

In the employee area, there is additionally "Filter by qualification": several selected qualifications act as an AND condition — those who have all of them are shown, not just any one.

Auch bekannt als: Search, Filter, Find order, Filter by qualification, Not found.
