Choosing the grouping
By status, station, workstation or team member — how to re-sort the board, use ready-made views and which setting applies only on this device.
The "Group by" selector in the bar above the desk board (sidebar → Desk) determines what the board's columns mean. The options are "Order status", "Station", "Workspace" and "Employee".
Ready-made views
Under "Views" there are five templates that set grouping and subgroups in one step:
- "Order Kanban" — orders by status, the classic
- "By Station", "By Workstation", "By Employee" — tasks per resource
- "Station × Customer" — stations as columns, customers as rows
If you deviate from a template, the selector shows "Custom".
Setting card fields
Under "Display" you choose, on the computer, what appears on the cards: "Assignee avatars", "Time progress", "Deadline/Date", "Task status". Less is often more here — full cards make the board look cluttered.
